To that end, we will assist people new to the hobby with setting up a new tank and understanding all water parameters and cycling needs. We will assist experienced hobbyists with water testing and dialing in their parameters.

If you have a loss within five days, bring the purchase, receipt, and a water sample from your tank and we will refund you the cost of the purchase.
